Booking and enquiry privacy notice
This notice explains how Canterbury Cleaners handles information submitted through our online booking request and enquiry forms.
Information we collect
We collect the contact, property, service, scheduling, access, enquiry and cleaning details you provide. If you choose to upload photos or documents, those files are included with your submission.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or review, quote, schedule and manage your cleaning request.
- To contact you about questions, availability, pricing, access or changes.
- To maintain reasonable business and service records.
- To protect the forms from misuse and spam.
Who receives it
Your submission is available to Canterbury Cleaners team members who need it to respond or manage the service. Information may also be processed by our website hosting and email providers so it can be delivered. We do not sell booking or enquiry information.
Files and sensitive details
Please upload only information that is relevant to the cleaning request. Do not include passwords, alarm codes, payment card details or identity documents in uploaded files or notes. We can arrange sensitive access instructions separately.
Storage and retention
Booking information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the enquiry, provide services, maintain business records and resolve any related issue.
Your information
You can ask us to provide, correct or remove booking information we hold, subject to any records we reasonably need to retain.
